Rev. Dr. Martin Dressler
Pastor
Rev. Dr. Martin Dressler came to our congregation in the spring of 2017. As our pastor and shepherd, he participates in every aspect of our life together, and shows the love of Jesus by: visiting members in their homes or in the hospital, teaching religion and Confirmation classes, leading Bible study, welcoming students, planning and leading worship services, sharing his musical gifts, and helping out wherever he can, including Vacation Bible School, Come to the Manger, and applebutter production.

I have been part of the Salem family since 2019, and love serving in various capacities. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord...You are serving the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24)
Susan Scherer
School Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Scherer has been associated with Salem Lutheran for almost 30 years. Her two children are alumni of Salem. She has been in several roles at Salem. The last 6 years she has been in the office as the Administrative Assistant. She loves working with Salem’s amazing staff the students and families and sharing God’s love with all.

I've been a Development Director for 6 years, & did 35 years as a video producer & editor before that. I have 2 adult children & a sweet Maltipoo named Mandy. For fun I love to be outside, get 10,000 steps/day, & lead women’s Bible studies.
I enjoy telling the story of Salem to help recruit more students & donors. I'm excited to be here and see what God will do!

Jessica Potter
Grades 5-8
Mrs. Jessica Potter has been teaching for 22 years and has been at Salem for 9 years. Jessica loves being on the staff at Salem because she has a whole second family when she goes to work. She loves her students and treats each one as if they were her own. Teaching here at Salem allows her to share the life of Christ with students and parents.
Karen Osiek
Grades 1 & 2
Ms. Osiek is new to Salem and teaches our 1st-2nd graders. Over her career, she has taught all grades from PreK to sixth grade. Ms. Osiek says she loves teaching at Lutheran schools because she can pray with the students, remind them of Jesus' love, and sing songs of praise to God. She loves hiking, traveling, reading, playing games and the piano. She also enjoys being a choir and chimes director.
